The Kington Chronicle started in October 2009 and is a quarterly newsletter produced by volunteers at Marches Access Point and delivered to every household in Kington, Herefordshire. It is Kington’s very own newsletter – and an excellent way to be kept informed about what is going on. We hope you feel tempted to send in your articles for the next edition.
We all know that Kington is a unique and thriving market town with a good community spirit and many active groups contributing to making it a good place to live. Let’s keep it that way and make it even better. The Kington Chronicle has proved to be an excellent way of informing the community of local events, issues and topics.
Emma Phillips from Marches Access Point, with the support of volunteers produced the first edition in September 2009. Since then The Kington Chronicle has been published every Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter. Printing the 1500 copies is the only cost. We are reliant on paid advertisements and donations made by the community.
